One of my cousins recently bestowed a fun birthday present upon yours truly. Apparently, she was planning on giving me a bouquet of flowers (which, mind you, I would have been tickled pink to have received) but nixed the idea on account that cut flowers have the propensity to up and die. So, she gave me a bouquet of a different sort and I happen to think it is a splendid gift idea...
The Spatula Bouquet
Isn't that fun?!?! They came tied with a lovely ribbon (and a chocolate bar..ahem :-D) and I thought it only appropriate to put my bouquet in a vase to keep by the stove. I tend to keep spatulas around until they pretty near fall apart, so it is wonderful to have some fresh ones. Such fun ones too! I'm particularly partial of this one...
...ain't he cute! I think I might even feel rather rotten sticking him into a pan of boiling something or other. Anyhoo, thanks Crys for the sweet sweet gift and the fun idea to use on some other lucky soul!
