Our Daily Bread
I did not grow up baking bread and was very wary of the task when I married and decided to give it a go (so wary in fact, that I didn't actually buckle down and make a loaf until after my first child made his debut). Ever since that first loaf (which was a disaster and it's amazing that I kept at it), I searched high and low for the Holy Grail of bread recipes. I finally found it here. After figuring out that 2 cups of cooked oats is perfect, I had my ultimate never-fails daily bread. Bliss indeed!
