Our Daily Cinnamon Raisin Bread:
Prepare recipe for regular loaves up until dough is rolled out into rectangles, ready for rolling into loaves.
Mix together 1 cup brown sugar and 6 tsp. cinnamon.
Brush dough with vegetable oil or melted butter and sprinkle 1/4 of cinnamon/sugar mixture onto each rolled out rectangle of dough.
Sprinkle liberally with raisins and roll up tightly into loaves.
Let rise in greased loaf pans until loaves look less like logs, more like loaves.
Bake for 25 mins at 375 or until loaves sound hollow when thumped.
Smother with butter while still hot out of the oven and scarf with gusto.
